What the general idea for rolling back migrations?
One example I have is, I wish to undo all migrations (ie uninstall) hydra from a database.
Another example, I wish to rollback to a prior version.
Yeah this is actually not implemented in the CLI at the moment. Would you mind opening an issue, and, if you want, a PR?

Happy to make a PR, I’d love to contribute, however I’m under a lot of time pressure at my current role.
