Error migrating database

Hi guys!
We’ve downloaded v1.0.0-rc1 and applied hydra migrate sql and received this error:

Applying jwk SQL migrations…
An error occurred while running the migrations: could not apply jwk SQL migrations: Could not migrate sql schema, applied 0 migrations: Unable to create migration plan because of 1: unknown migration in database

What can we do with it? We have running v1.0.0-beta9.
